Affordable Housing, Historic Preservation
& Mixed-Use Development
We strive to build Class A affordable units with all the finishes and amenities of market-rate units. We believe strongly that all tenants, regardless of income, should take pride in the places they call home.
Our commitment to the restoration of historic structures in our care is to cut no corners.
First, we inventory and inspect as-is conditions. Next, we research historic elements to develop a preservation plan. Lastly, we hire the most qualified craftsmen to restore a building's historic elements to their original condition while making vibrant spaces well-suited to life in the 21st Century.
Many of our projects are on the edge of a downtown area or a part of town that has been forgotten.
With a combination of residential units and commercial tenants, we look to bring the correct balance to bring new life to a building and in the process, often revive an entire neighborhood.
